"Pushing paint around is my happy place". Decades of doing just that has created a distinctive visual language. Key elements are bold and vibrant colours laid down with bold brushstrokes and corralled with signature black lines. Flowers are often the chosen subject matter to express joy with a nostalgic vibe. An enthusiasm for experimenting with processes and a daily drawing practice keeps me moving and enjoying my art making. In January 2024 I was fortunate enough to move into a studio within the Gover Street Gallery and can now invite visitors into my working space. I enjoy creating very much and I hope to share that delight with the viewer.
