It is the stories held within our landscape and people that provide a rich resource for my work and I am constantly challenging my self to explore new directions. In 2023, I concentrated on the individual, their histories and experiences in an abstract way. This year I am exploring the geology of our landscape throughout New Zealand /Aotearoa in a series of small colourful works, using local pigments and found materials. These will be shown in my studio for the first time during the Art Trail. I look forward to seeing you during the Trail.
